Owner and Professional Painter Paul Elkins established Eloquent Paint Co in 2023 to provide St. Bernard and the Greater New Orleans area with quality interior and exterior painting services. While he started the company then, he has over 10 years of experience providing excellent results.

Paul moved to St. Bernard Parish from upstate New York back in January of 2015. Once here, he fell in love with a local woman and this became his home. Now a proud family man, Paul is dedicated to giving his community the highest standard of service. For him, Eloquent Paint Co. isn't just a business, it's a way to help local families and business owners fall in love with their spaces all over again.
