Owner and Professional Painter Paul Elkins established Eloquent Paint Co to provide St. Bernard and the Greater New Orleans area with quality interior and exterior painting services. He has over a decade of experience providing excellent results.

Paul moved to St. Bernard Parish from upstate New York back in January of 2015. Once here, he fell in love with a local woman, started a family, and this became his home. Paul is dedicated to giving his community the highest standard of service. For him, Eloquent Paint Co. isn't just a business, it's a way to help local families and business owners fall in love with their spaces all over again.
